07:30–08:00 – Pickup in Phong Nha

Your adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Phong Nha.

First, meet your guide and expedition team. Then, travel towards the remote Arem area to begin your journey.

08:30–08:45 – Visit the 8 Lady Cave Memorial

On the way, stop at the historic 8 Lady Cave Memorial.

Here, you will have time to learn about the site before continuing deeper into the national park.

09:45 – Arem River & Vom Cave

Next, begin trekking along the beautiful Arem River towards Vom Cave.

Vom Cave has an important connection with the history of the Arem people. In the past, caves and forests played an important role in their traditional way of life.

During this part of the journey, your guide will introduce you to the local culture and history. Afterward, continue trekking towards Kling Cave.

10:45–11:15 – Discover Kling Cave

Arrive at the impressive entrance of Kling Cave.

Here, towering limestone walls surround a crystal-clear underground river. Before entering deeper, your guide will provide instructions and prepare the necessary equipment.

Then, the underground adventure begins.

11:15–12:30 – Swimming & Underground Paddling

Enter the cave and start exploring its underground environment.

First, swim through the refreshing cave water. Then, paddle deeper underground and explore approximately 1 km of Ruc Caroong Cave.

Along the way, admire the limestone formations and peaceful underground river.

This section offers a completely different experience from the developed tourist caves of Phong Nha.

12:45–13:45 – Lunch Inside Kling Cave

After the morning adventure, take a break and enjoy lunch inside Kling Cave.

Surrounded by limestone formations, this is a unique place to relax and recharge.

Meanwhile, your expedition team will prepare for the afternoon cave exploration.

13:45–16:00 – Kling Cave Exploration & Arem Wall

After lunch, continue deeper into Kling Cave.

During this section, explore approximately 2 km of cave passages. Along the way, you will experience underground terrain, rock formations and hidden sections of the cave.

Next comes one of the biggest challenges of the day: the 40-meter Arem Wall.

With technical safety equipment and support from the expedition team, take on this exciting climbing challenge.

Finally, begin your journey back towards the cave entrance.

16:00–17:00 – Trek Back to Arem Village

After leaving the cave, trek through the forest towards Arem Village.

This final section gives you another opportunity to enjoy the peaceful jungle landscape.

17:00 – Return to Phong Nha

Meet the vehicle and begin the transfer back to Phong Nha.

Finally, arrive at your accommodation and complete your Arem Cave Expedition 1 Day.
